The magic of Lapland
Products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The returned product must be in like-new condition. The customer pays the shipping costs incurred for the return. If it is a product complaint or exchange, the shipping costs are paid by Lappituote. In the event of a return, please fill out the form that came with the order and include it with the products to be returned.
